Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the One-Way Bhaarat platform.

By booking a cab through One-Way Bhaarat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Company Information

One-Way Bhaarat Private Limited ("Company") is registered under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office at Shop No. 7, Radha Kunj 2, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 203207, India. The Company operates one-waybharat.com and provides intercity cab booking services across India.

2. Services

One-Way Bhaarat is an intermediary platform connecting passengers with independent cab drivers for outstation travel. Services include one-way intercity cabs, round trips, airport transfers, and corporate cabs. We are an aggregator — we do not own the vehicles.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after: mobile OTP verification, successful 10% advance payment, and receipt of a Booking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/Email. Verbal or informal requests do not constitute a confirmed booking.

4. Fare Policy

Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and applicable taxes. The fare shown during booking includes base fare, driver allowance, GST (5%), state taxes (~5%), and estimated toll charges. Actual tolls are paid by the passenger at toll plazas.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • Be ready at pickup location at the agreed time
  • Treat drivers with respect and dignity
  • Not carry illegal items, weapons, or excessive luggage
  • Not smoke, consume alcohol, or carry large pets without prior intimation
  • Not ask drivers to violate traffic rules or speed limits

6. Limitation of Liability

One-Way Bhaarat shall not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, natural calamities, or road closures. Our liability shall not exceed the advance amount paid by the customer for a given booking.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Privacy Policy

How One-Way Bhaarat collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Information We Collect

  • Personal: Name, mobile number, email, pickup/drop locations
  • Payment: Processed securely by third-party gateways. We do not store card details.
  • Location: GPS data during trips for safety and tracking only
  • Usage: Browser type, IP address, pages visited (anonymised analytics)

How We Use Your Information

  • Booking confirmation and driver assignment
  • SMS, WhatsApp, and email trip communications
  • Customer support and dispute resolution
  • Improving our services and platform experience
  • Legal compliance as required by Indian law

Data Sharing

We share your information with assigned drivers (name and mobile only), payment gateways for transaction processing, and SMS/WhatsApp providers for confirmations. We do NOT sell your data to third parties for marketing.

Data Security

All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. We follow industry-standard security practices including regular audits and strict access controls.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at onewaybharatcab@gmail.com with requests. We respond within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Clear and fair rules for cancelling your One-Way Bhaarat booking.

🌟 Free cancellation available up to 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Cancellation Charges

  • More than 4 hours before pickup: Full refund — 0% cancellation charge
  • 1–4 hours before pickup: 50% of advance refunded — 50% cancellation charge
  • Less than 1 hour before pickup: No refund — 100% cancellation charge
  • No-show at pickup: No refund — 100% cancellation charge

Driver Cancellation

In the rare event that we or the driver cancels your booking, you receive: 100% full refund, a ₹50 compensation coupon for your next booking, and priority re-booking assistance.

Modification Policy

Modifications to pickup time, route, or vehicle type can be requested at least 4 hours before pickup. Fare adjustments will apply. Contact support to modify.

Refund Policy

How and when refunds are processed by One-Way Bhaarat.

Refund Eligibility

  • Cancelled bookings within policy terms
  • Double payments or payment processing errors
  • Driver or company-initiated cancellations (100% refund)
  • Service not rendered due to our failure

Refund Timeline

  • UPI / Digital Wallets: 1–3 business days
  • Debit / Credit Cards: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Refunds are credited to the original payment source. Bank processing times may vary beyond our control.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Cancellation within 1 hour of pickup
  • No-show at pickup location
  • Trip cancelled by passenger after driver has arrived at pickup point

Driver Partner Policy

Standards and requirements for One-Way Bhaarat driver partners.

Driver Requirements

  • Valid commercial driving license (badge for outstation routes)
  • Vehicle not older than 8 years from manufacture date
  • Valid vehicle fitness certificate and comprehensive insurance
  • Successful police background verification
  • Smartphone with GPS capability
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience

Code of Conduct

  • Arrive at pickup 10 minutes before scheduled time
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness before every trip
  • Carry all vehicle documents at all times
  • Not use mobile phone while driving (hands-free only)
  • No smoking in the vehicle
  • Treat all passengers with respect and courtesy

Earnings & Commission

Driver partners receive the balance fare (90%) directly from the passenger. One-Way Bhaarat retains the advance (10%) as platform commission for bookings generated through the platform.
