Please read these terms carefully before using the One-Way Bhaarat platform.
By booking a cab through One-Way Bhaarat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
One-Way Bhaarat Private Limited ("Company") is registered under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office at Shop No. 7, Radha Kunj 2, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh â 203207, India. The Company operates one-waybharat.com and provides intercity cab booking services across India.
One-Way Bhaarat is an intermediary platform connecting passengers with independent cab drivers for outstation travel. Services include one-way intercity cabs, round trips, airport transfers, and corporate cabs. We are an aggregator â we do not own the vehicles.
A booking is confirmed only after: mobile OTP verification, successful 10% advance payment, and receipt of a Booking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/Email. Verbal or informal requests do not constitute a confirmed booking.
Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and applicable taxes. The fare shown during booking includes base fare, driver allowance, GST (5%), state taxes (~5%), and estimated toll charges. Actual tolls are paid by the passenger at toll plazas.
One-Way Bhaarat shall not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, natural calamities, or road closures. Our liability shall not exceed the advance amount paid by the customer for a given booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
How One-Way Bhaarat collects, uses and protects your personal information.
We share your information with assigned drivers (name and mobile only), payment gateways for transaction processing, and SMS/WhatsApp providers for confirmations. We do NOT sell your data to third parties for marketing.
All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. We follow industry-standard security practices including regular audits and strict access controls.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at onewaybharatcab@gmail.com with requests. We respond within 48 hours.
Clear and fair rules for cancelling your One-Way Bhaarat booking.
đ Free cancellation available up to 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
In the rare event that we or the driver cancels your booking, you receive: 100% full refund, a âš50 compensation coupon for your next booking, and priority re-booking assistance.
Modifications to pickup time, route, or vehicle type can be requested at least 4 hours before pickup. Fare adjustments will apply. Contact support to modify.
How and when refunds are processed by One-Way Bhaarat.
Refunds are credited to the original payment source. Bank processing times may vary beyond our control.
Standards and requirements for One-Way Bhaarat driver partners.
Driver partners receive the balance fare (90%) directly from the passenger. One-Way Bhaarat retains the advance (10%) as platform commission for bookings generated through the platform.
