What is the difference between One Way and Round Trip rates?

One-way rates are slightly higher because the driver must return empty. Round trip rates are lower as the return journey is accounted for. Round trip bookings include both the onward and return journey.
Can I request a specific car model?

You can choose the vehicle type (Sedan, Ertiga, Innova Crysta, Tempo Traveller) but not a specific model number. We assign the best available vehicle of that type from our verified fleet based on your pickup location and trip date.
Are drivers background verified?

Absolutely. All drivers go through police background checks, driving license verification, vehicle fitness checks, and customer service training before being onboarded. Re-verification happens every 6 months.
