Common Questions

B2B Partnership FAQs

Is there a minimum booking volume to become a partner?+

No fixed minimum, but rate benefits scale with volume. Even occasional bookers can register as a partner and pay per invoice cycle instead of per trip.

How is B2B pricing different from the website fares?+

Website fares are per-trip retail pricing. Partner rates are negotiated based on your expected monthly volume, routes and billing cycle, and are shared after the onboarding call.

Do you provide GST invoices?+

Yes. All partner accounts receive consolidated GST-compliant invoices on the agreed billing cycle (weekly, fortnightly or monthly).

Can we white-label bookings under our own brand?+

Travel agencies and tour operators can book on behalf of their end customers without One-Way Bhaarat branding appearing in the customer-facing itinerary. Vehicles and driver communication remain standard.

How do we raise a booking once we're onboarded?+

Through your dedicated account contact via WhatsApp, phone or email โ€” whichever your team prefers. There's no separate partner portal at this time.

Legal

B2B Partnership Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the relationship between One-Way Bhaarat Pvt. Ltd. and its registered business partners, and apply in addition to (not instead of) our general Terms of Service.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Definitions

"Company", "we" or "us" means One-Way Bhaarat Private Limited, registered in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. "Partner" or "you" means the business entity entering into a B2B booking relationship with the Company under this program. "End Customer" means any individual travelling on a booking raised by the Partner.

2. Scope of Partnership

The Partner may raise intercity cab bookings on behalf of its own customers, employees, guests or event attendees through the Company's booking channels (account contact, WhatsApp, phone, or any partner tools made available in the future). This program does not create a franchise, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.

3. Onboarding & Eligibility

  • Partners must provide valid business KYC โ€” GST registration (where applicable), business PAN, and a registered business address.
  • The Company reserves the right to accept, decline, or discontinue any partnership application at its discretion, including where booking volumes or conduct do not align with the program.
  • Rate cards, credit terms and billing cycles are confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement) before the partnership becomes active.

4. Booking Process

Bookings must be raised with complete and accurate trip details โ€” pickup/drop location, date, time, vehicle type and passenger count. The Company is not responsible for service issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the Partner. Bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.

5. Pricing, Invoicing & Payment

  • Partner rates are volume-based and confirmed separately from the public website fares; they remain valid for the period stated in the rate card unless revised with written notice.
  • Invoices are raised on the agreed billing cycle (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) and are GST-compliant.
  • Payment is due within the credit period stated on the invoice. Overdue payments may attract a delay charge and/or suspension of new bookings until cleared.
  • Tolls, parking, interstate permits and night charges (where applicable) are billed as actuals in addition to the base fare unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations, No-Shows & Modifications

Cancellation and no-show charges for partner bookings follow the rate card agreed at onboarding, which may differ from the consumer-facing Cancellation Policy to reflect volume commitments. Trip modifications (time, route, or vehicle) should be raised as early as possible; fare adjustments may apply.

7. Partner Obligations

  • Communicate trip details to End Customers accurately, including that the Company (or its driver-partners) is the service provider.
  • Not represent itself as an owner, employee, or exclusive agent of the Company beyond what is agreed in writing.
  • Not sub-contract booking volumes to a third party without the Company's prior written consent.
  • Ensure End Customers follow standard passenger conduct expectations set out in the general Terms of Service.

8. Company Obligations

The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfil confirmed bookings with verified drivers and roadworthy vehicles, provide timely booking confirmations, and communicate any service disruption (driver change, delay, cancellation) as early as possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts as an aggregator connecting Partners and End Customers with independent driver-partners, and does not own the vehicles used for fulfilment. The Company is not liable for delays or losses caused by traffic, weather, natural events, road closures, or driver-partner conduct outside its reasonable control. Except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, the Company's aggregate liability under this partnership for any single booking shall not exceed the value of that booking.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Each party agrees to keep the other's commercial terms, rate cards, and business information confidential, and to use End Customer personal data (name, phone number, itinerary) solely for fulfilling bookings, in line with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Partners must have a lawful basis for sharing End Customer data with the Company for booking purposes.

11. Intellectual Property & Branding

Partners may not use the "One-Way Bhaarat" name, logo, or marks in their own marketing without prior written permission, except to accurately describe the partnership (e.g. "cab partner: One-Way Bhaarat") where agreed.

12. Term, Suspension & Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days' written notice. The Company may suspend or terminate immediately in cases of non-payment beyond the agreed credit period, misuse of the program, or conduct that harms End Customer safety or the Company's reputation. Outstanding invoices remain payable on termination.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, strikes, or infrastructure failures.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Amendments

The Company may update these terms from time to time; material changes affecting active partners will be communicated by email before taking effect. Continued use of the partnership program after such notice constitutes acceptance.
